Magazine Article
As a freelance writer, I contributed several articles to Minnesota Parent magazine, including this one on the post-secondary education option. I pitched this article to the editor, identified all sources, conducted interviews and wrote the article.
Direct Mail Newsletter
Working with a graphic designer and printer, I produced the quarterly Storycloth newsletter for The Center for Victims of Torture for ten years. I served as editorial director, writer and project manager for this direct mail fundraising piece.
Social Media Post
I've managed social media pages and produced posts such as this one to drive traffic to a website.
Annual Report
At WellShare International, I oversaw fundraising and communications activities, including the production of this annual report.
